The Quintessential Northeast Craftsman

We had the privilege of acquiring a pre-World War 1 Craftsman house with loads of potential in the heart of Northeast Portland. Our journey began when we connected with a homeowner ready to move on to the next phase of her life but didn’t want to see her home sold and torn down. The homeowner had deep ties to the house and her community and wanted to see it revitalized while maintaining its Craftsman charm. The house was in rough condition, but we saw its potential and beautiful bones and were eager to restore it to its original glory.

A tradition-inspired renovation, down to the studs.
