A Timeless Portland Home, Revitalized

This 1911 Portland home, purchased directly from long-time residents of over 40 years, underwent a meticulous down-to-the-studs renovation. With an extensive reconfiguration, we breathed new life into every corner of the house. Key to the transformation was adding new stair access to the basement, converting it into a fully livable space. A prior addition was reworked to create a spacious and inviting primary suite on the main level. The home’s original character was preserved wherever possible, including sanding and refinishing the fir decking on the front porch. All major systems—plumbing, HVAC, and electrical—were updated to modern standards, ensuring the house is as functional as it is beautiful.
